"CAN-CAN" Pasadina Playhouse
The ear is treated as well, by Duffy's magnetism and Earley's powerful tenor...
michelle_and_kevin -VARIETY
Earley commands attention with his strong set of pipes and clear adoration of Porter's wizardry. There's a youthful innocence to his portrayal of Aristide, which doesn't clarify the nature of his character but turns him into a figure you want to see attain his amorous goal, especially after he blows the cover off "It's All Right With Me," the song in which he unwittingly confesses his true feelings to a disguised Pistache.

"Earley Standards" Kevin Earley's debut album
"Kevin Earley's debut album "Earley Standards" is one you can listen to over and over again wondering why some major record company hasn't discovered this crooner with a voice simultaneously soulful, powerful, jazzy, relaxed and warm. Earley's undeniable talent is perfectly accompanied by Gerald Sternbach who never overplays while producing the perfect musical balance to Earley's renderings of classic favorites. Special mention must be made of drummer Ian Wallace who duos with Earley on 'Fascinating Rhythm/I Got Rhythm', as well as guitarist J. Curtis and bassist Mike Fratantuno, accompanying Earley's velvet sound on delicious versions of 'Sophisticated Lady' and 'I've Got You Under My Skin'."

"Assassins"  Reprise!
Earley sings superbly, and he puts across librettist John Weidman's most important truth: These killers felt they were doing something beneficial and meaningful. Earley's protest that he's not a "common cutthroat" and his rendering of the line "Let them cry 'dirty traitor.' they will understand it later'" leads us deep into a self-justifying, twisted mind.
